As the leader of our Service team, Del is always looking for ways to enhance customer experience. With over 20 years at Lechner, Del has witnessed the organization’s evolution firsthand. One memorable incident involved him and his team stepping in as an 'EMS unit' to assist an injured employee at a customer site, highlighting the importance of accessible first aid!
