What You'll Do:

• Identify and prospect new customers through targeted outreach efforts, including emails, outbound calls, and in-person visits.
• Present and promote company products and services to both prospective and existing clients.
• Proactively pursue and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing your territory in the Chicagoland area.
• Evaluate clients' first aid and safety needs to deliver tailored product and service recommendations.
• Facilitate negotiations and finalize service agreements with clients.
• Develop creative outreach strategies to expand our customer base and increase market penetration.
• Cultivate relationships across diverse sectors, including law enforcement, large enterprises, and small to medium-sized businesses and organizations.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned sales professional with at least 5 years of proven success in outside sales roles.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to generate new leads and upsell to existing clients.
• Experienced in delivering compelling in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and other sales-related tools and software.
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
• Curious, adaptable, and coachable, with a willingness to learn and embrace new tools and best practices.
• A skilled listener adept at building rapport, overcoming objections, and finding innovative solutions.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.

The Service Specialist is the face of Lechner First Aid Supply. The ideal candidate will be extremely independent, ambitious, and success-driven.

This is a fast-paced customer facing position, that has individuals riding on a truck, providing service to a diverse and dynamic client base. The representative will be responsible for building, meeting, and exceeding customer satisfaction while independently managing and growing their daily route.

Products and services may include: auditing, restocking, recording service, servicing and inspecting eyewash and AED stations.

Essential job functions:

• Safely complete daily servicing of all clients in company provided vehicle
• Build strong relationships and open lines of communication with our customers
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and professional route

Skills and Competencies:

• Exceptional communication and business development skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on an intermittent basis without assistance
• Basic PC proficiency

Work experience, requirements, and education:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• Experience in route-based service a plus
• 1 -3 + years in customer service, sales, or equivalent training
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid Driver license, clean driving record
• Ability to obtain applicable DOT Medical Card

Our Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering phones and acting as a liaison between our customers and our route service team. They provide excellent customer service in response to customer requests or concerns. Additional responsibilities include data entry, keying and processing orders for new and existing accounts, and other clerical work as needed.
